Coach Jos is an NTS Level 4 Coach, Archery Programs Director at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center and Head Coach for the Mount Marty Archery Team and Archery Club. Jos has been involved in archery for over 20 years as a competitive compound archer for the state of Baja California and earning spots on the Mexican National Team. She was then recruited as a member of the women's varsity archery team at Texas A&M where she was a three time All-American athlete. After receiving her bachelors degree in Sociology she managed Robin Hood Archery in Indio, CA for eight years and coached the local JOAD program. Additionally, she became the assistant program director for archery to the Athletic Institute of Baja California, Mexico supervising international archery camps, and then the archery coaching development coordinator for the organization. She later became a member of USA Archer's Junior Dream Team coaching staff before joining the team at NEYAC. Coach Jos is a certified Coach Trainer for the instructor and coach certification courses. She has been certifying Level 1-3 coach candidates for eight years.

Coach True is a certified National Field Archery Association Level 2 Instructor, and the Assistant Archery Programs Director at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center as well as the Assistant coach for the Mount Marty Archery Team. Britta graduated from USD with a degree in Kinesiology and Sport Management. She is enthusiastic about health and fitness, and considers sports to be a big passion. True spent four years playing for the YHS Tennis Team, and continues keeping the sport a big part of her life. With many years of athletic experience under her belt, Britta is immensely excited about this new opportunity. True spent time in Colorado teaching Outdoor Education at the world’s largest YMCA, located in Rocky Mountains. That experience only further affirmed her love of working with students of all ages. Being a part of the recreational field is something Britta enjoys greatly. True spent many summers lifeguarding and managing the Yankton swim pool. Having worked in previous coaching capacities, True enjoys motivating athletes to identify, develop, and exceed their standard, and cannot wait to start crafting a climate of success for the Mount Marty Archery Team.

Coach Mack is a competitive archer and coach hailing from Phoenix, AZ. Coach Mack has experience as a competitive compound archer and was a member of the Junior USA Team to international ranking events in 2009. She has been a top ranked archer for the female compound division at the U.S. Open Target Nationals.  Coach Mack is a four-time All-American and All-Academic athlete at Texas A&M where she graduated  in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. She also was a team member for USA at the World University Games. Coach Mack was recently the assistant coach for the University of Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY where she also earned a Maters degree in Counseling and helped the Cumberlands Patriot team earn multiple national collegiate team championships. Coach Mack transitioned to competitive recurve and is currently a candidate for the RA program at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center.
